DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIRECTORS-AT-LARGE

The Directors-at-Large: There will be a total of 3 Directors-at-Large. A candidate must be an active member of the Corporation. The Directors-at-Large will serve staggered terms: A Director-at-Large shall be eligible for succeeding terms but no more than nine consecutive years. These Officers serve on the Board of Directors and perform duties assigned by the President.
