DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PRESIDENT

The President must be an active member of the Corporation. The election shall be by a plurality vote pursuant to Article VII of the By-Laws. The office of the president is limited to one term. The President will supervise the affairs of the Corporation; direct the meetings of the Board and of the membership when present at such meetings. The President is authorized to manage the Corporation; including originating all committees and appointing chairmen deemed necessary in carrying out the functions of his office or the offices of any member of the Board. The President will nominate any member to fill any vacancy or vacancies, which may occur in the Board during his term of office. If the nomination is rejected by the Board, the President will offer additional nominations until the vacancy is filled by a nominee acceptable to the Board. The President will attend functions, when available, as the Corporation representative.
